Riccardo has realized that very fresh clams, mussels, shrimp, prawns and other shellfish make excellent stews and toppings for pasta. I think the key is the closer you are to the ocean, the better it will be.

My dish of the night before, a very green dish of pesto, green beans, potato and pasta. I know it is hard to believe from looking at the picture but it was delicious!
