Caffè Italiano Style

I will definitely miss the coffee the way they do it here in Italy. Everyone in every caffè can make an incredible coffee just the way you like it. If you drink it at the counter it usually cost only 1 euro!

Although my husband still makes THE Best Latte Macchiato!

Below is my expresso at the train station in Siena. Mine with sugar, Riccardo's without.

Riccardo's cappuccino this morning in Florence. The barista should have got a tip for this beauty!

This is my favorite way they serve it. They give you the warm milk with a little foam and the espresso on the side to put however much you want in it. See picture below.

One or two sips and it is gone but lasts a long time, ah such richness in a tiny cup. This is a tiny expresso cup with one of those little spoons. 

Come for a visit when we get home and we will serve you one of the above, made to order of course!
