Food and Wine in Pavia

After arriving  in Pavia (Paw-Vee- a) soaked from walking in the rain for a few hours, our stay was very nice. Arriving on Sunday, we found many ristorantes, trattorias, etc were closed. We finally chose to try the Osteria della Madonna. It turned out to be really good. 

These plates were all a part of our antipasta (appetizer). We liked it all.

They specialize in fish dishes. Mine was ravioli with cod. It was like ravioli in a gumbo sauce with a prawn (crawfish for ya'll) on top. Delicious! Denise had spaghetti with an anchovy twist.
