Food and Wine in Pavia (cont'd)

Looking online I read about a guy who was in graphic arts, advertising, etc, but was a professional sommelier. He quit his job and opened Infernot, a wine bar in Pavia. We decided to try it out. Bam, another good choice. He took great pleasure in telling us about the wines and the warm crostini sandwich and cheese plate was delicious. 
This is Manlio, the sommelier. He suggested Amarone from 2006. He knows his wine. Denise had a Brut.

Our selection of cheeses to try with the wines and some relishes an sweets to try with the cheeses.
